Yeah it could go either way. Maybe it was used for a daily run a few hours out and straight back all highway in which case it would probably be a good truck compared with multiple city deliveries and stop and go every day. Probably the best thing you can do is pay for a PPI from a shop you trust. A good mechanic could probably tell you how the truck has been treated
