Ohhh and I forgot ...well not quite lol ...Thursday morning I found out my debit card had been hacked and shut off so had no access to money .
Called the operations manager for a 100 bucks to get home on and was told NOO we don't advance money to drivers .
    Keep that in mind .
Credit card got me home .
On your own here if you have a problem and they couldn't have cared less of my predicament.

Almost forgot, I said I'd keep you posted. I talked to Tammy on Monday. For where I live I would have to be out for a couple weeks at a time, which will not work for me, so I politely declined. Thanks anyway for the lead!

Thats weird they wouldn’t do that. Most OTR or regional companies don’t have a problem with that.

Probably drivers taking advantage and they stopped giving advances. Sucks that they refused Brad with his situation.

Yeah that has a bit to do with it along with the attitudes of management...I will admit I was a bit pissed off when I made that statement, we will see what happens I guess .
Never guess who I sold a mower to today ?
Clarence werners nephew...turns out he is 87 and is not in good health ..alzheimers .
Yeah I'll get over that money thing but boy I was mad .

I'd be pissed too. But you were as happy as a pig in slop a couple of days ago. Don't let a bad policy... one that won't affect you more than once... make you think about giving up on them. It sounds like the route itself makes this job a gem. Piss on management's bad attitude. They aren't in the truck with you. Please don't overthink your way out of a good gig.
