The long runs are good as you dont have to deal with as many shippers and receivers but really, they make no difference to the paycheck.

The load i am on now is 2800 miles, but it turned out to be a 6 day trip (due to waiting for recap hours) so not as impressive as it originally appeared to be.

Please don't leave because of one person asking one question... But, that's your call.

    You So Funny...

    :laughing-guffaw:

Just wanting to make sure all those new drivers are left with accurate impression that we are not all a bunch of whining truckers... :dontknow:

You might want to take some notes from @Flattie C ... I hear she got 4,200 miles last week. Seems she knows how to run here at Abilene.... WAY TO GO GIRL!!!!

I survived the lumper gauntlet at the consignee. Didnt need one after all. I had to fingerprint a few boxes but that was because the shipper just chucked them in when they couldnt fit the last pallet.

Oh and par for the course, none of the broker supplied numbers were valid at the guard shack.

Im convinced these brokers roll a couple dice a few times to come up with these random numbers that are of no use to anyone.

Meaningless babble? Do you even drive? If so, for this company?
