    Some places you literally have no place to go with with as much as a stick, but delivering cardboard recycling in a reefer, they take it all out. Whole pallets, too.

    But then you need to know the actual physical dimensions of the tank to know how many gallons are left in the tank as not all inches are the same... (insert your own joke here)

    Besides, I think these tanks are blocked from such activities... no way to syphon the fuel back out that way.
