Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

Boy, been home since 7pm Wednesday night and boy am I exhausted. Got home from the Heat game at 1:30 this morning. Got up at 7am and was at the Dr at 8:30. Called into Tim to get the wheels in motion to get me rolling.

 

A quick question for you guys. Does Abilene have any set dedicated routes? If so do you start out OTR first and then switch over as seniority grows

 

Yes we do have some dedicated and they do go to drivers that have merited that kind of thing. Especially if they live convenient to the customer or lane it runs on. Its a case by case thing from my understanding.

 

Who scored the final touchdown?

Left the house at 7 last night to deadhead up here to Cordele Ga. Just got loaded going to Midlothian Va for the morning. My sleeper time will be up at 12:45 then I have about 10 hours to my delivery. My truck needs a servicing, I'm picking up my new trainee so I should be leaving out of Richmond late tomorrow for the west coast.
