Sorry Steve, wasn't my intention. I'm 58 now and vividly remember being told by the school secretary that whatever it took in her power she would see to it that the last thing she saw would be the back of my cap and gown getting into my parents car. She should never had told me that, I made her life miserable the last half of that year.

I'm home. Arrived at the homestead at noon yesterday. I did a few things around the house and that was it. Today I luck out. I only have to enjoy Fathers Day with the 3 kids, grandson, two Labs and barbecue by the pool. I'll post a picture later to show you all how hard I work when I'm home.

My delivery is having an issue right now. When I got the dispatch sent to me on Friday there was a delivery date but no time. That means they are waiting for the customer to respond with a time. I sent in a message Friday late inquiring about it and was told they are still waiting. Same thing yesterday. This morning I called in and asked if I should just drive down the 55 miles in the morning and was told no, not until they have an email response from the customer. That's cool, knowing it was a weekend and only truck drivers work on the weekend. So I just sent Tim an email that he will see at 7am from me explaining to him why I am in Lake Worth and not Miami. I can see it now, they'll get a response at 7am giving an appt time of 7am while I'm sitting at the house 55 miles away. Stay tuned, this outta be comical. Today? My day, with nothing to do but relax.

Happy Fathers Day to all you dads, be safe and God Bless

This is how I spent my day today, making sure my 2 Labs had a very relaxing day in the pool.

How many more years before you can spend your days like this permanently?

Here's to those 3.8 years going by real quick. Let me know how it is when you're itching to get back out here and I'm itching to sit by the pool, cold adult beverage in hand!

62 is the dead line, one or two more winters like this last one and it will be earlier.
