I've mentioned before that my neighbor works in the service department over at Colonial Volvo in Ashland. She sent me some pics of the new 2019s they just got in and are prepping for us. She said we ordered 100 of 'em. I guess we're moving towards an all-Volvo fleet? That's 1/4 of the trucks we have on the road.

She said I could share the pics, so here they are:

They look nice, the only thing I wish they would do away with is the big sticker across the headliner.

    Silverdriver Thanks this.

Man, I hope not. Personal preference, though.

Also note the jump to five digits in the unit number since (iirc) the 19xx and 20xx are what they used for the daycabs.

    Silverdriver Thanks this.

Wish there were more pics of bunk area. Looks like a very different configuration all around. Of course, it'll be a couple years before I would get a new truck since mine is a 16, and they'd be worn out before then!

    Silverdriver Thanks this.

They do look nice but I agree with RC. It'll be years before I get one. I can't get assigned one unless it has 450k miles on it....much like my 2, 15's.

    Silverdriver and Finfn1372 Thank this.

I drive tractors every day with 1.5 to 2 million miles on them . No power windows , locks or mirrors. Be happy with that 2016. I wish I had something from this decade lol

Friend, Silverdriver, JohnBoy and 2 others Thank this.
