Well theirin lies the problem. You train them right and perhaps instill a little common sense into their skull and they see the writing on the wall and leave for greener pastures.

Ya, that’s part of the main problem... you have to get the right guy to get the job done right... if you don't, you are guaranteed to be returning multiple times which only creates more issues within the garage and frustration for the Drivers... add to that the total lack of communication and then misinformation that does come out... and you just created a Huge Friction Point.

I don’t mind getting my truck fixed... that happens... part of Driving a vehicle for 500k miles... but when one must return three times or told they fixed it and knowing they didn’t, that doesn’t sit well. And then being assigned a Truck one month and then having it pulled off the road for high mileage the very next month... just unbelievable...

On another issue... where do we actually see the support documentation for our Monthly Bonuses? This is the pay that should reflect the January bonus correct? If not, then I’ll wait... if it is, does it show up on the biweekly settlement sheets or just appears within our paycheck amounts?
