After the speed,get ready for a pay scale,and only 3 batteries,when i worked for knight,they took out the 4th battery on all trucks,in a one year i needed 15 jump starts,i quit on the exact day 1 year was up,true story.

 

Truth on both counts... lol

Yeah, they're FCFS and they will load you early.

 

Forgot to mention, but there's also a pretty good chance that the receiver on the other end is FCFS and will take you early if you want. The receiver in Asheville, OH is FCFS and will take you early. They start receiving at 8:00am, and there's usually a line in the morning.

 

Thanks. I'm familiar with Asheville, just not Richmond. Haven't live loaded here in quite awhile. I actually checked in fifteen minutes ago but have to wait for the paperwork person to get in before the loader can dock me.

 

Got to Starbuck's DC 30 min early and had to wait til they pulled a trailer out of the dock before could back in. Day cab driver tried to sneak in ahead of me and take my dock door and thankfully loaders were out and told him to park and wait for my trailer to get done first.

 

I went there once to pick up a load. I would have never thought there was a starbuck production company in that area. Since I was on 395 South I just took the load all the way down to I 40 east enjoying the view.

 

Definitely some nice views down through the Mountains on 395. Ill prob run 50 to Alt95 to 95 down to 93 to 40 though. I got all the numbers figured for that route, lol! Then again I got way more than enough time to get to Lebanon TN.

 

About 3.+ Years ago when I first started with Abilene they never mentioned or did I see on my hand book ..." That if you don't clean the trailer after a delivery you would be fine$50 dollars"
