True, that only frustrates us that don't need that crap and do our jobs we got hired for. Maybe Im too nice, lol!

 

Been in this dock 3 hours now, hope they get done soon. Only gonna be able to drive 7-8 hours now id I get out of here soon. Hate lazy warehouse ppl that milk stuff and leave stuff for next shift to finish. 14 caught up again today....fcfs place, figured Id get here nice and early since 24 hour facility....

 

Wow, gave me 3 cases of peanut butter pretzels and a giant box of regular pretzels in addition to the two plastic barrels of pretzel rods. Being patient pays of a lot sometimes.

 

I was in our WM Terminal a couple weeks ago and the new DM was having to call and wake a driver up to start his day... like seriously? Only in this industry do coworkers call to wake you up to get to your job. Well, maybe some do have friends that don’t want to see you fired... but seriously??? If you can’t even start your day without a nanny call, how are you even doing the rest of the job?

and we all get paid the same... or close to it.

 

That would so kill my low carb diet... lol
But boy do I miss my pretzels...

 

Yeah, I love my pretzels, very filling. Salt is what I gotta watch, sometimes I gotta knock some off so BP stays normal.

 

He is my DM now and told me he had a few that need to be let go on his board but guess we hurting for drivers though. Like I saw in the military, the ####e bags were getting promoted while the good ppl weren't or getting out because of the ####e bags.

 

Looks like I'll be heading to dealership after delivery in morning sigh.
