Amazing. Heading that way for the week today.

 

We have a new drop yard in 310 Telfair Rd Savannah,GA.

Plenty of room,if anybody wants the gatecode you can pm me.

Its actually a drop yard out front,of the warehouse,but you can't see it.

hoping I can park there when visiting my daughter and son-in-law just 8 miles away.

is it “our yard” for just spaces rented from others?

 

So... after four days of home time
... and five days of vacation...
... and staying off for another day because you know no one ships anything on a Sunday...

I come out to a 150 mile day... ouch

but, I called inquiring about the Publix stuff mentioned above... and I’ll be doing that for the next month or so...

$250/day... so that’s a 600+ mile day of normal OTR which seems to be rare lately... spoke to another Abilene driver who drove for Publix today and he said he had a two stop in Jacksonville and returned here (Lakeland, FL)... an 8 hour day for him. He said the hardest part was leaving the Pubix DC out the “right gate”... I guess different loads use different gates.

so anyone else here doing the Publix gig?

Anyone else with the IVG unit notice that update yesterday? So far looks like some screens are now "dark contrast" and the adjusting the volume and brightness no longer show a "level" bar.
