Rebel i don't care what time my delivery appt is i get there ss soon as possible and try to get off loaded as quickly as possible
So planners can work on my next load. Its the customer that needs to tell to stick to an appt not another driver. Just this morning i had a 1200 appt was there at 800 and customer asked where was the other trucks. All the hp loads i del. Don't care about appt times. Rebel you go girl and keep going in early.

Left the house Sunday night at 8:30pm. Kellan showed up about the same time. Drove up to Savannah, got to the shipper at 3:30 in the morning, was loaded by 9am, got a message to repower a load in Florence Sc going to Port Charlotte Fl for this morning, just got empty, now headed back to Savannah Ga to load tonight going to LaVergne Tn for a drop and hook in the morning.

Sorry to say this but those deliveries are staggered for a reason. Some places can not handle multiple trucks. Don't pick and choose your whining times. If you are scheduled for 8 but 5 trucks have later but could get there overnight, and you have a tight next preload you may be late. Common sense. Common courtesy. Sometimes they are not so common.

One of the many peeves I have is times. When the load is put in the QC it is a guess as to the reality. Twice this past week I had the same run. Appt time 0800 but I know it is a 24 hour drop. The second run was no way possible to make 0800. After a bunch of those you get a load assignment that has 0730 or some other time which is actually an appt time. Well the human brain gets conditioned to the "not believe" status and then you are late. Numerous times I have put in a "N" on the load acceptance and said time is not possible, ETA is such and such. Sometimes I get a reply back saying it is FCFS. Look, you want me to do my job well then give me clear, concise and accurate info.

JB, left La Vergne yesterday. Had to get a rescue load going to TX from a driver broke down there at Volvo. Kinda felt bad for him. Broke down Sat and they are closed all weekend. Was in the 90's and he couldn't start his truck for AC. Chillin at the J in TexArkana as the appt time got reset for 1830. Get that info after I was runnin and started my clock at 0800. Hope I can park on the street as I can't remember and everything around DFW will be jacked after that delivery time along with me hitting my 14.

Preload? What is that? Come on, we all know we don't have any preplan 99.99% of the time.

Does anyone know how to disable the "CURRENT DRIVER ID" password request that pops up on the Volvos information center when you start up and about every 10 minutes thereafter? I will have serious issues if I have to listen to this thing beep nonstop all night! Thanks!!

when you stop just go into the settings, driver ID can be 00000 or 99999. other than that keep hitting esc when it comes up.
