    Hey y'all....

    Yeah, I'm still around. Been out here trying to make up for lost time and put a little money in my pocket. For those of you who don't know, I am back on the road.

    Sitting down here in Abilene (go figure) TX and waiting for 1230 to roll up so I can get loaded and rolling. Need to be in Memphis by tomorrow @ 11. No biggie.

    Then working my way back to the Carolinas for hometime this weekend. Miles have been a little weak this tour, but it happens. That's trucking....

    Be careful out that way. I heard it is terribly windy.

    Thanks, it is windy, 50+ winds and no light trailers, me? 7100 lbs in the wagon. Parked in Laramie taking a 10, it's suppose to die down after midnight. But alas, I'll have to deal with some snow over Elk Mtn.

    It's suppose to die down after midnight. If not, then 30 it will be.

    Well, got my first week under my belt and overall had an awesome week driving solo and settling into the truck. Hoping to get routed home soon to grab some winter gear and wave at the wife.

    Due to a few truck issues I spent a couple days on the Richmond Yard. Boy does that ever disrupt your flow. Glad to be rolling again and get back into a rhythm again.

    Winter coming? Ugh... {shivers}

    Stay Safe,

    Talk about temperature shock. 85 and sunny in the Keys to 65 and rainy/cloudy in VA in 2 days time. No wonder a lot of drivers get sick easily. Been hitting the wall of my 70 for the last 3 days with only 8.5 hours each day to work. Tomorrow is a pitiful 5.5 hours. So this lovely roll paper load and I will spend the day at my house and deliver Friday in Cambridge MD. Then it's anyone's guess as to the next endeavor. I'm sure it will be interesting
