I'm thankful as a trainer, traineees now have incentive to either get done with training or go find some other line of work, up to a year ago trainees were making $1000-$1100 per week training. I was very vocal in persuading the company to end that type of pay for a new hire right out of school learning a new trade.

 

So do you get their money now?

 

Bi-weekly pay will hurt me badly with my current financial situation.

 

Look, don't let my situation here run you away from a company that for the most part is a decent place. I just seem to have gotten the wrong end of the stick from day one most of the time. Not sure why. Probably me.

I've been told freight is slow. But dang if we're all getting long deliveries......
