So, came to ATL... On the way two things happened... One, I was PrePlanned for a quick run to grab my next load before my clock ticked away after my drop... Two, my Live Unload became Drop Trailer as the contractors were not going to get to my 5 coolers tonight so they were going to use the trailer for storage.

But, if I drop my trailer at the Publix, what shall I use for my next live load??? Three calls and one QC message later, still no answer... So I guess since my clock is ticking down I will shut down until morning.

Not really... It's "on" 24/7 but not everything goes beyond the cab... I had a guy jacking around with me while driving a week or so ago and I asked if we "had access to my camera from 2:30ish today"... No events were recorded so nothing was sent to the office.

I think they only see the events that trigger the red lights... Which are sent in during the night.

But I could be wrong too.

 

But very profitable for sure...

 

Ya might not have had the answer today, but you definately asked me more troubleshooting questions than "did you set your trailer brakes?"

I've had my camera turn red on me 3 times. 2 hard kingpin hits and one rough(really rough) turn a round. I just shut down for the night and covered the camera. My curtians don't close right, so we bought a sun blocker screen for the windshield. Now, we don't have to completely close the curtains for privacy.

 

Ok thank you, did you train with someone doing NE regional also? How often did you go to NYC and is it forced dispatch?

 

Thanks alot, so in your experience how tough is it driving in NYC and what are the downsides to the NE regional? Also forgive the dumb question I'm a new driver but are you allowed to talk on the bluetooth while driving or is that frowned upon at this company or all companies for that matter?
