    In the event they somehow actually know you were watching the movie ie an off duty Dot type was there,just tell them you must have been sleepwalking and do not remember any of it.:biggrin_2559:

    Yes you should have put 8 hours in the sleeper birth and 2 hours off duty not in sleeper birth. Or 10 hours sleeper birth, with a notation you were with a lady.

    Yes youu did do wrong The FMCSR states Drivers using the sleeper berth provision must take at least 8 consecutive hours in the sleeper berth, plus a separate 2 consecutive hours either in the sleeper berth, off duty, or any combination of the two.
