So, after first telling me I couldn't be hired because I didn't have a job (wierd huh?), my presence has been requested in SpringMo next Wednesday for orientation. I literally got the call as I was getting my CDL certificate. I had JUST finished my CDL test. Looking forward to heading East. I hope to thank many of the posters here in person as we cross paths.
Congrats and enjoy! Don't worry about the area you're coming to and staying in while you're in Springfield. It's very safe and plenty to do within walking distance.
I am looking forward to exploring while I am there. I was asked to come out on Monday even though the orientation doesn't start until Wednesday.
