Yep walmart controls there environment on everything ,it simple close down the store built in a more friendly area and those other stores will follow and the property owner will be the owner of a trashy pos property.
Walmart controls everything in there area around stores.

I’ts just heresay from a security guard.
If I couldn’t get a job doing anything else, I could always get a security guard job.

Friend of mine parked there today, and didn’t have any issues. Of course he puts his cart back, cleans up after himself and supports multiple businesses in that shopping center.

Sins of one ruin it for all. I’ll park long enough to shop and go.

I can tell you the store manager thinks the trucks bring in sales. But he admitted to push back from the rest of the shopping center. That was better than a year ago.

IIRC we own the store and about 2/3 of what most consider our lot. Everything out to the edge of that little strip just to the north of the lot. The rest was sold sometime recently, or was under contract for sale according to the papers.

I always parked in the back by lawn and garden. Quieter and less conspicuous.

I'm missing something. It would seem to me if the city doesn't want trucks parking then it's up to the city to correct the situation not walmart. How can they fine walmart for''allowing''something. Sounds like political BS to me

    it's a nuisance ordinance / use ordinance.
You can't have a kegger at your house with a live band.....nuisance
And if you open a retail business, you can't turn it into a truckstop.....use
