That would be the top end of the scale. I believe an experienced driver would start off with a base pay of around 38cpm and would average over 40cpm with the various bonuses and ancillaries. They changed the pay package recently (after I left) so best confirm with a recruiter.
You will not average 3,000 miles a week at Conway Truckload. 2200-2600 average, with some weeks being mid 3000's and maybe one or two over 4,000... But you'll have weeks with breakdowns, layovers, & hometime to offset those. Figure 120-130,000 miles/year
I'm pretty sure they would make you go with a finisher -- maybe even take a refresher course. OTR experience is all they count.
I'd leave that tidbit off your resume.
