Any companies that do NOT require student to pay back if student fails the road test?

Although many trainees quit because of trainer rather then requesting another trainer, companies will let you stay out past your required hrs if you feel you're not ready to be turned loose. They invested a lot of money and time in you to not give you more then one chance.Going to a company sponsored school isn't any different. You just have to find a patient school not one with bad instructors.Believe it or not companies don't want anyone to fail but some don't wanna take that extra time so that company wont give second chances.Stay away from the ones with the worst reputation by other drivers.

I can't imagine any valid reason for a company to make an agreement to train you in exchange for you working for them for a set amount of time....and then saying "it's ok, it's only money, have a great life!"

Consider all possible outcomes and make sure you can deal with them before getting into such an agreement, otherwise, if you were to fail and leave, you've taken opportunity from others.

Just my opinion, but I'm a strong believer in living up to a commitment.
