Hi I was wondering what forums are needed for flat bed. Should I get a passport? How should I go about it? If I should get the card that takes my finger print and what not how do I get that. Any other important documents that would help me out. Thanks

The post office has the info on getting a passport. You will need your birth certificate. They may take the needed picture, for a fee. They also have the forms.

From a twic facility. If you don't get one before you sign on, if you go flatbed, you will be required to get one with in 6 months(I believe). All in all costs you about $132 for it, and if you like, if you're an employee, you can have Roehl pay for it and have it taken out of your paycheck over time. You can also ask you fm to route you through to get the fingerprints and everything done.

I am gunna start regional work 5 to 6 days a week. Not really sure about 7 on 7 off just not enough days for me out of the year. I'm sure some of these other guys with experience will reply with there thoughts about the trucks. I am new to all of this

The best advise for a new driver is to NOT lease when they are starting out. Wait a couple of years and be a company driver so you can learn the business. Being an owner operator has an entirely separate and huge learning curve. As for the trucks, they mostly have freightliners and internationals. They have some volvo trucks as well.
