What's the Flatbed division like? Stupidly general question, I know. What kind of transmissions they have, what's the idle policy, how much would I average out of, say, Chicagoland?
Straight 10, idle policy is a goal of 5% idle time, and the main flatbed hub is I. Gary, Indiana. .. so yeah.
I have a question does flatbed national run every day or do they run you out of hours and reset on weekends
I do believe that they only try to run people out of hours on the hometime fleets. Any other time, they want you to manage your hours so you can drive every day and don't have to take a reset until your home time. I could be mistaken however.
Just finished rdtc and got hired on officially today for national flatbed. The info I share I am just passing on from the instructors and drivers I have talked to over the past 3 weeks in the Marshfield terminal. What I do pass on has been the general consensus of everyone I have spoke with, but doesn't mean it is accurate for everyone
