Has the AC been serviced recently? If it has, it could be overcharged. That might cause the fan to run constantly as it tries to reduce the pressure.

So only (new)company drivers are idiots? And no company driver cares about his truck? But then again look at the first part of your quote RE: a gun, who's the #########

I agree.. Not all company drivers treat the equipment like crap, just like not all O/O treat their trucks good... I have seen many O/O trucks that are only kept up from a safety aspect but not a cosmetic aspect. Just cause you own the truck doesn't mean you care about it looks, and just because you don't own the truck as a company driver doesn't mean it's going to look like a bag of crap.. I am a company driver and I take pride and care into the truck.. I keep it safe and clean.. I don't abuse it... Now I am limited as to what I can do to take care of it due to being paid hourly and due to me not owning it.. Like the tanks were rusting and the front bumper so I fixed them up and painted them black to give the truck a nicer appearance.. If I owned it I would have sanded the bumpers down and went all out but like I said there are limited on to how much I can actually do.. They get washed by a company every week, we don't have wash stations at work and I am put to work for my whole 8+hr shift no time to wash.. I do take care of my truck as much as I am able to... So don't group all company drivers together it's unfair...

Good majority of them and not always new ones. Most are stupid their entire careers. If you don't believe this you should look around and if you don't see any idiots, chances are your the one.
