Since he was loaded with lumber, I am inclined to belive it was cheap freight, but really have no way of knowing if he was driving cheap or not,

And yes I drive for the money too, if it wasn't for the money and the freedom, I would probably have done something else years ago. If I was starting out now, it would take pretty good money to get me interested in the industry.

Striking coincidences between this and the Humboldt murders though. Both drivers on the job less than a month. Both companies granted authority less than two years prior. Both foreign owners and foreign drivers. Then again, maybe it's not a coincidence.

it's just the cost of doing business. nothing to see here folks move along.

Was the owner of the company foreign, or just the driver?

Again, from their inspection records, the DOT should have already suspended the companies authority, I bet mine would have been.

see my above link to the "Manager" Yaimy Galan (probably a relative of the guy that owned the previous authority, that was more than likely revoked or uninsurable).

WalMart paid Tracy Morgan $90 Million plus who knows what they paid the family of the dead guy. Let's see how much money the plaintiffs get from this bankrupt POS
