every year my farmers give me nice things for christmas. one farm gives me a bag full of different types of cheese, crackers, and summer sausage. it's a very nice thoughtful gift and a good snack. another farmer gave me a chocolates gift box. i also got a planters peanut gift box from another farm. i also got a quart of maple syrup. last year i had a farmer give me a $100 harbor freight gift card, i havent received anything from them this year yet but they are usually a few days late lol.

i take good care of my farms and have a good working relationship with them, and they do show their appreciation

I’ve been given some cookies, and a few dollars for doing a little more than what’s technically required of me.

I have this customer I’ve delivered to for about 3-years I’ve met the guy once I unload myself using his forklift and around the holidays he’s left me a few bucks.

I unload myself in an unmanned warehouse doing LTL

Years ago, I would give all my customers a desk calendar, and for my bigger commercial/agriculture customers, I also gave them a box or two of grease cartridges.

The place I deliver to(local driver) gave me a $100 gift card to various restaurants because I tend to help out when they're short staffed.(Usually only 15~30mins) The actual trucking company I work for gave me nothing though. Haven't missed a single day, which has some merit considering we work 6 days a week. Have covered other driver's routes multiple times. On one occasion I had to do it for an entire month. Not that I expected anything.

    That's sad.
Should have at least given you a $2500 bonus.

One of our customers gave me tickets to 6 Harrisburg Senators games, 4 tickets for each game. And it's in their corporate suite.

Was stuck at one of their locations one day for an extended period waiting to unload and got chatting with the owner. We discovered we both like baseball, and like going to the Senators games.

I have no idea the value of the tickets, but it's usually $17 a ticket to sit in the sun with no A/C.

My Christmas bonus was 2% of my gross income plus $100 for each year of service. So I feel it was a very Merry Christmas this year.

Ball cap from Coca Cola and a big bag of tootsie roll lollipops from whoever it is that makes that.

Delivered to a construction site once, asked one of the workers where they bought their heavy duty zip ties and he just grabbed a couple handfuls and threw them in the back of the trailer when the foreman had his back turned. I don't consider that a gift though, more of an accessory to theft.

For Christmas I got a big can of hot chocolate, bottle of Bailey's, tequila, whiskey, case of microwave popcorn, $100 McDonald's gift card, and a roll of duct tape, from customers.
