    You and everyone else.

I know 0 about car hauling. But the extra money your getting fleeced out of is to pay for their new software. Which I'm sure will be more of just the same thing, just be more confusing for the driver. They came up with this because as the manufacturers and other companies figure how to squeeze fuel " to maximize profits ", they want to make sure that profit stays where they think it belongs, with the corporations.

Im with Central as my grandkids write code, the end user usually pays for it. It usually does help, speed things up. You get what you pay for. Dont use CD if you dont want to pay their rate. If someone doesnt want to pay my rate to get the load hauled , i dont go, pretty simple

The reason they are doing this is so everyone will use the ready auto board and app. Both Ready and Central Dispatch are owned by Manheim. They are trying to get more business for ready so the are pushing people away from CD.

You know what, you are right, except for one thing, it isn't just about upgrades and code, IF I am paying for a service I would like to be treated equally.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but if you are a carrier and you get stiffed by a broker, EVEN WITH ALL OF THE DOCS TO BACK YOU UP, good luck getting CD on your side!

Right now I am sitting on over 6,000 of unpaid invoices from over 4 months ago, we did every thing right, still being promised payment but I doubt we will see it, why is this a CD problem, why don't I just file a claim against their bond?

Because they don't have a bond!!!, It used to be on CD you were run through a ringer to get on as a carrier, and shippers were looked at a lot closer, now it seems anybody can post a load on there with no repercussions.

Tell your grandkids they can keep all of the whiz bang gadgets, I would much rather KNOW, that the people I am dealing with have been vetted properly, but as long as they pay a monthly fee into somebodies pocket CD looks the other way, how many YEARS was a certain large shipper from Texas stiffing people and CD just let them continue under different names??????

Just so YOU know, I was with CD when they started, hell we used to exchange Xmas cards with the staff, and I have on several occasions in the past sat down at the end of the year and wrote them a short note thanking them for the service and helping me grow my business, and they always responed in kind, not so much since they were bought out.

    I will welcome your response.

    Stan,
Something is out of kilter here.
I just got my cd billing and it didn't go up.
I have been with central for over ten years.
If you want to pm me we can discuss what we are both paying.
