Survey: Many women prefer a 'dad bod'

    Clipped -

According to the 2,004-person online survey, funded by Planet Fitness and conducted by Kelton Global, 65 percent of women would rather marry someone with a dad bod than a man with a six-pack. Seven in 10 women believe men with dad bods have happier marriages, and 83 percent of women believe that sporting a dad bod is a true sign of confidence.

    End clipped

    So there.

Eat less. The exercise is optional. People GREATLY exaggerate the calorie-burning ability of exercise. You could practically jog from dawn to dusk and MAYBE burn up the calories in one candy bar. It takes 2 minutes to eat more food than you can exercise away in a day. Eat just enough to not starve. You can live eating one small hamburger per day, not a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder, but the small burger in a Happy Meal. You'll feel hungry, you won't die. It's pretty common to also use exercise as an excuse to eat more. "I can eat a few donuts because I'm going to work out later." Lie. Keep your mouth shut and drink water, not diet drinks or sugar drinks or sugar ice cream drinks with a touch of coffee.
