    FYI, there are different models of ROKU's that start around $50 depeneding on the features you want. Most can get by fine with the cheaper versions. Available at Walmart and any other electronics retailer.

    Truck stops charge a daily rate, or monthly or yearly. There are plenty of places to get free wifi though. I park at Lowes parking lots sometimes. They have free VERY FAST high speed internet and you can pick it up from the parking lot.

    They were developed with consistent, dedicated, speedy bandwidth locations in mind, especially at home. They do not however have any built in recording capabilities. Typical cellular phone tethering I wouldn't recommend although 4gLTE may work but you'll approach your cap very quickly, so make sure to always select the lowest bandwidth streaming option available if on netflix, or amazon or hulu or whatever
