Mine looks different than the ones that you just push down to release.

I am hoping its reusable so I can remove my passenger seat temporarily and put it back in.

Hack it off and replace with tee fitting?

Cap on the end while it’s out.

Push the brass thingy further into the black thingy and the airline will just pop right out. Let all the air out of the chair first because it’s alot harder when pressurized.

Push airline back into brass thingy to reuse. No tools or new parts necessary.

I tried pushing in the brass and it didnt budge. I made sure to empty the air tank first. So push the hose into the brass part into it collapses and then pull the hose out?

He has to dump all the air from the entire system. One line to the T is probably supply from the truck. He won't release anything until he gets the pressure off.

It can be frustrating but that’s how they work.

Once you get a “feel” for how these things work, they are a time saver. My truck has factory airride steer axle and can replace the airbags on the side of the highway with absolutely no tools at all because of these little buggers!
