I can see your point there. I dunno- just operating with the information as presented.

Not intending to attack the OP just pointing out that his story makes TQL look like a cartoon villain.

Right. If I'm honest, there's a part of me that really wants them to have screwed up in such a colossal fashion.

Believe me, that is the whole story. I'm beside myself during this whole process and professional run around that I'm being put through. For a few months it was "yeah there's no reason for them to charge you for replacing product, they can refuse to pay the load or charge a late fee but that's it" from TQL's claim department.

    PPLC Thanks this.

There's a part of me that still doesn't believe this is happening.

Breathe deeply and file on their bond. If it’s as you said you’ll get paid eventually. I realize that’s cold comfort right now.

    TeamPlatinum and PPLC Thank this.

Bottom line attorney's are expensive you've got to weight up whether its worth the legal expense, can you win the case, the good attorney's will tell you up front what you costs will be and what chances you have of winning your case, stay clear of the one's that insist on up front fee's before they even take on your case any decent lawyer will give you at least 15 minutes free advice, so go take you pick out of the yellow pages cause there'll plenty listed in there.
