Its just google's version of a social outlet like facebook or myspace but right now its by invite only till its open fully. its nice, different, but nice and blends alot of what google offers online together
They're working out the kinks. One cannot have a pseudonym "fake name" or your account is deleted or suspended until. Business as in Brand or Company names are on the table.
