Application for Authority (MC#) Dismissed - How to Reapply?

Hate to bump this thread but what was the time frame when they dismissed your application due to not providing insurance in time?

 

They dismissed us last year. We did reapply and are fine now.

 

Thanks for the reply. I tried to call FMCSA but got tired of waiting for 30+ mins so hung up but I did follow up with an email, hopefully I get a response back. I’m just trying to get a time frame from the day I register to the day FMSCA decides to dismiss the application due to lack of proper documentation(Insurance). There’s a few things I need currently that require a usdot # but I’m a couple months out until I officially hit the road so looking for that “grace period” until they decide there’s no activity and dismiss the app.

 

That would be 90 days until you're dismissed.
