APU for heat and air on my one ton 3500 Ram Cummings Turbo. Is there such a thing ?

    Small honda gen set, a webasto, and a small ac unit with a hard start capacitor would be my choice. You cant give up to much in the weight department. Plus its lighter, cheaper, and in the long run probably easier to maintain.

    There are a bunch of companies now building sleepers for 3500 and 4500s. Maybe check with them. I know at least one will install an APU with their sleeper. Expensive but maybe worth it.

    Cowtown is the only one comes to mind right now.
