I have an 07 387 and the headlights are fogged on the inside, up here in the Great White north they are over $500 each... Was wondering on US pricing, are they any cheaper? Also need mirrors, chrome is peeling and one is coming apart.. Looks poorly made. Any body know of scrapyrds that piece trucks out? And lastly, what year headlights will fit an 07? Did they remain the same up till 2010?

96 379, cruise switch and servo work( I can set, increase and decrease throttle when parked) but wont set speed when moving. Help Please?

I have an 09 388 and I was curious if there is any way to get the tilt steering to tilt more past the factory stopper? just looking if there is a stopper to trim down or remove something for more range in the tilt. Thank you

 

Hey everyone. Sorry for being gone for awhile - just been a busy month. I'll answer your questions the best I can in the order they are received.

 

Could be a) brake light switch issue or, b) clutch switch issue.

It really needs to be hooked up to a computer to check the operation of the switches.

I had the same problem and It was the clutch switch. They say to keep a handful of them cause its common for them to start leaking air as well. Seem's it goes out in my truck once a year. PETERBUILT has been buying/making some CHEAP inexpensive part's lately. They buy low and sell high, "can you say STOCK MARKET" ?

 

Can you tell me if the 349 cabs are the same as the 359's? I want to buy a chrome drop visor for my 349. I would also like to know if a 359 dual exhaust kit would fit
