    Hey Stranger! Thanks for the POSITIVE input! I haven't been taking the xanax for too long, and not on a regular basis. It's also .25 mg, which is the lowest you can get. I really only take it at night when I haven't sleep in a few days due to stress/anxiety.( A 90 Rx lasted me well over 6 months) I'm on the fence, as I fear it will show in a physical, as well as not having sleep during training...LOL I'm not too worried about it, though.
    Do I call the safety department of the company I am interested in getting into?

    Xanax will not show up on a urine drug screen or hair analysis if they are only checking for the standard DOT panel. Benzos will show in the system for three to four weeks in a urine test if that is what is being looked for.

    If you decide to quit taking them, I wouldn't say anything about them to anyone.
