Just as an update on this WE has raised their flatbed start rate. And paying trainers extremely well, or at least in my opinion.
12 weeks! thats a long time on the road. 2 weeks aint bad but i hear some drivers are out 6 weeks but 12 is an eternity.
2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 12 weeks...it all depends on the driver and what he/she has at home. Some don't mind, some do. One thing is certain: you won't make much money if you only stay out 2 weeks at a time. That's like a local job and Western is an OTR company.
