    Except I would be the one to get fired for the service failure and they if you get fired they keep you're last 2 checks so it is either get an HOS Violation or loose you're job.

    I would tell them where to stick it, and how far to push it in. Do you have ANY idea how many THOUSANDS of companies there are to choose from? If a driver isn't a complete #### head, you can pretty much write your own check.

    I used to get team loads out of HP, Panasonic , & several Expedite outfits. When I was a knucklehead driver I would punish myself to get the job done. But then I got smart & said screw this & protected my driving record. Pu the load, run your hrs & take your break telling dispatch where you are & for how long.
    They don't like it & fire you, so what. You got a clean record & hopefully are more discerning on who you work for next.
