Indeed there is! You should be able to go their website and request the information contained in your file. I've done it a few times myself. I think the site is www.hireright.com at quick glance I didn't find the link I used before to request my reports. But last time I did was about 5 years ago. You may need to call them.

Well if or when you discover inaccurate information you should be able to dispute it, in all or part. Doesn't necessarily mean a dispute will do any good. The standards of a CRA performing an investigation are pretty low. Now if they're reporting someone else's stuff with a completely different name, that information should be removed when you dispute it.

That's absurd. Even their website doesn't suggest anything close to that when browsing their job listings. Actually they seem to be a little too honest with their ~$3000 per week to team trucks.
