I wish every person who comes here reads this about Swift and companies like them. Run by and full of ignorant office jockeys who couldn't successfully operate a semi truck if they tried.

So your MVR is clear. That is your motor vehicle record. This is the database the dmv/mvd keeps for your license. DAC is a private co that companies pay to do background checks on cdl holders. Any "incidents" have to be reported to them by your employer, and even then you can dispute them. Finally you have a PSP, which is the database the FMCSA keeps on cdl holders and carriers. You can get an instant copy of it online for $10.

Until you can tell is EXACTLY what each report has on it or says, its hard to know your situation and why no megas will hire you. And if the megas won't take you, neither will smaller carriers.

Not all of them. But I have a hard time with so much rejection. I"ve never experienced such a thing in my life.
When I wanted to train to be a truck driver and wanted to try to get help paying for school I was told I was "too employable" to get financial asdistance. That's why I chose a school I wouldn't have to pay for up front. I'm too educated to be a truck driver but too stupid to have done my research. Anyway thanks whomever you are. I'll let you go now.

I rubbed and bumped all kinds of stuff out there but never told on myself. Yellow bollards at the docks, scraped walls, poles, gates, scraped a few trailers, to name a few, but no serious damage. One time Backing into a tight dock I gouged the wall and the reciever saw me do it.It was pretty minor but He was going to report it to my company so I offered him a hundred dollars for the damage and that was that.

As HillBillyDeluxeTruck said, until you know what's keeping you from getting hired, your luck won't improve. Get copies of your DAC and PSP, sooner than later, and your luck will improve a lot.

OP appears to have a hard time listening.
I’m assuming that’s the reason you had 4 mentors and a preventable.
Perhaps you are too smart for our world

First one got on trouble for setting a bad example. Racking up points. We were driving 75 in an 80 mph zone through Texas. Dropped me off in Tennessee. Second hated everything about the company. He scared me. He trapped me in the upper bunk when he folded up the ladder and went to sleep. There was much more to that story though. Dropped me off in Texas. Third was good. When I asked if I could volunteer just to have something to do while waiting for another mentor they let me go out with s local driver for a couple days. Fourth mentor was so conceded that I spent my time agreeing with how amazing he was and kissing ### so I could hopefullt get home one day. But hey, that's only my side of the story.

Two mentors kicked you off the truck or did you ask to get off?
