You sign a three month agreement and if you quit before that you are charged. So, I really can't fault them for that as it was in the employment contract. But I will say this in my defense, many times I helped get their tits outta the ringer and that's how I'm rewarded? What ever. If I wanted to play games with them i would make a call to the DOT. But I'm not stooping to their level.
Slade will have to live with his own bad karma.

Beaver Creek isn’t the only outfit doing folks dirty up there.

I’m not gonna name the outfit here openly but yeah Lol. For anybody going up there the first time be VERY careful who you work for.

Working on the reservation is a good place to start and the companies that work the reservation are usually desperate for drivers. The higher-paying jobs are definitely not on the reservation though.
If you go to work for one of the Bottom Feeders running around on the reservation you will still have an opportunity to rub shoulders with guys on the higher-paying jobs every time you get to a disposal facility and it will give you an opportunity to meet people who are doing better than you are.

Spoken like a true water hauler. I predicated my comment on hauling 1267. If you want to 'rub shoulders' with low bidders why would you risk it in the bad lands?? Go to Crosby, join Ronman and drive yourself and your equipment into the dirt. You will have a better chance of preventing a roll over

Keep in mind I wouldn't go near that place now with rates as low as they are, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do it either. This was directed at folks determined to go there against my better judgement.
