I think wrecker companies have gotten worse than pharmaceutical/Healthcare at robbing insurance companies. I get that they have a lot of $$$$ in equipment but ####

I remember a tow where the bill was well over $200 thousand. The tow company even billed for having to put a swimmer in the water. The trucking company fought back because the wreck wasn't near any water. After the battle and dropping the swimmer charge, the tow bill was still over $200 thousand.

Well stop with this, you have 11 hours, no one is forcing you to drive faster to make time up.

What you didn't mention is where this happened.

AND you didn't explain why the insurance refuses to pay.
Actually it does, he left out a lot.
You think I haven't done this before?

Seriously, more and more drivers should not be driving trucks if they can't see.
Sometimes when you are on a strange road, you take it easy but from the reply I got, he was in some hurry to beat the clock.

You could help a lot of O/O and small companies by telling us WHY your insurance is refusing to pay. We might find out we all have the same little loophole your insurance co. is using to deny coverage. That's why so many keep asking this question.
