I found an orthopedic surgeon in Columbia, TN that does the medical evaluations for the skills performance evaluation. I drove up from Southaven, MS on 6 July 2022 and got it taken care of. He is knowledgeable in the process, and it didn't take long at all to do. He has given me permission to post his information, and requests that anybody needing an evaluation contact his office in advance to let him know what condition he will be evaluating.

This was not a routine exam. The man is a blessing to the community he serves. A genuine compassionate surgeon that cared about my ambitions, my concerns, and my well being.

Had a conversation with the Atlanta FMCSA field office yesterday and I will be getting my Skills Performance Evaluation training certificate before CDL training starts on 21 NOV. She was very pleasant to deal with during this whole process. I am surprised the process went as quick as it did.

So now it soon begins! There are still obstacles ahead, and I am ready for the challenges.
