being brand new authority will be an issue to get loads

    You should find plenty of brokers to load you. What I did when I first started was I kept a list of the ones who require "time in grade" and for how long. This way you don't waste time calling them till you have met their time requirement

    You can get signed up with TQL (Total Quality Logistics), and CH Robinson. At least they can keep you busy until you meet the other 6 month requirements. They kept me pretty busy when my authority was only a month old. The rates were a little cheap at first but the more u keep doing a good job, (on time loads, etc.) They'll keep giving u loads and will start to come out of the pocket some more.
