Yeap, I wish my wife had a different opinion, but I like the states with a rebel flag a lot too. Chicago Land feels like a corrupted, "everybody rips off everybody else oasis" Even whenever I am in Michigan it already feels different. And all these beautiful beaches up there...I could sell my house and buy myself a decent ranch up there along Michigan coast ....dreaming. I gotta listen to my wife.
Tn or Ga. If Ga try to get within an hour of ATL. Drawback is the traffic. If we move it will be to TN. I am seriously thinking about putting together a plan to get to Tn about a year after I start running. Essentially you have access to the same freight lanes or very similar lanes as Atlanta but less traffic and no state income tax.
Yes but not the same. Its been in the 90s for a month now. And will stay that hot through october. You guys get the 90s to, but not for 7 months straight with no break.
it's got its charm too. When I am in my 70s and will have developed joint problems (too much humidity here) I'll consider that. But I cannot stand lizards and snakes and scorpions and spiders all these creatures giving me the creeps.
