    Yep. I got a few orange trees, tangelos, pink grapefruit. And haven't bought beef in several years. Well that's not entirely accurate. The freezer might be over flowing with roasts and hamburger but the steaks don't last till the next butcher season.

    I have a beautiful 2300 sq ft home on 2 acres in S. Oregon. My property taxes were $2,700 last year. Whatever you do, please STAY in N.J. ;-)

    Screw those train yards. Cans don't pay enough to even consider hauling. What does pay is all the aeronautical companies, miltary, nasa, and energy companies down here.
