Why no one mentioned Indi?
I mean it's big city, surrendered by big cities ( Hello Cincinni, Louisville, Chicago)
The is quite a lot of farms so I will brlibel you will have hot srasse in summer.
Also housing market not as high as Nashville.
Ans I not even mentioned Subaru, Honda, and Toyota factories.
Besides, Indiana have nickname "America crossroads state"for a reason

 

As much as I hate Indiana, if I were to live there it would definitely by just outside of Indy. Freight heaven. Never a problem getting out or back in. And I can't imagine the cost of living is too high in that state.

 

That is for saying that. We certainly dont want them to figure out mass, Maine or Vermont. And please don't tell anyone about nh. With no sales tax, no state income tax, good schools, and low property tax everywhere except in the 3 major cities.

 

1 hour max to the ocean? I would say you must have married into my wife' family. But if I put her a whole hour away. She would be plotting to get paid from my life insurance policy.
