I will be starting with central (new driver) on monday, after which I can give a more informed account. That being said, I have been researching which company to go with for months now and central ref. seems to get mostly good reviews. There will always be a few people p*ssed off at any company but all I can go with is what I have heard over all on this forum and from the few drivers kind enough to give me an honest opinion about their employer.
I also chatted alot with roehl but apparently 2 minor speeding tickets in the last 3 years disqualifies you from their good graces.
I will not have a computer for awhile but, when I return I will give an update as pertaining to my decision. This is a great thread for new drivers to avoid some of the more predatory co.'s out there. CHEERS Cactus Jack!!!!
    Ya'll stay safe out there.

Thanks cactusjack for the info. on covenant. Blow me away with that reply. Just see how you felt about then. Now I think I know. Now I'm depressed. My only two chioce for starting trucken do not look very good right now. This Flordia panhandle is not the place to be. To start in trucking. the Less of two evils!! maybe a coin toss. Heads wil trans tails covenant. Lets see now. well!! Ok why got a coin! All I got is chap stick. Thanks ( If you think I'm going to sit around with sugar on my brain. You've got another thing coming) J.P.

From where I sit, you'd be much better off with Wil-Trans than Covenant. Get your training, and work long enough to get it paid off. By then you should know whether you like them enough to stay, or if you want to move on. And yeah, FL is not the best place to be for a trucker.

Don't get happy feet on hopping into one of their lease agreements until you figure out the business - and make sure you can really make enough money to meet your needs before you ink it.

    i sincerely appreciate the reply.....
But i will be the first to admit what i am doing is quite simple.....
Just going to their site.... The company in question and then going to the ripoffreport and selecting the first report that pops up ..... Recently i was interested by an question posed by another hand on here about mergers so i thought that information was useful as well....
All i am doing is an limited research to help others out and listing my resourses so others can do so as well.... Should i say more easily.....
Most of the information that i use only takes me about 5-10 minutes to post and as long as it is helpful to at least one person then to me it is worth my time.
