    In Boulder City, NV they graze along side the highway all the time. Have seen up to 30 at one time.

    I've just never seen one, let alone a monster ram like that, in the wild, and the last place I ever expected to see one was by the highway.

    On that note..I really enjoy the glimpses I catch of different animals as I travel. I've seen bears and once in Colorado a wolf pack. I've never seen a moose though even though been to Maine a bunch of times.

    Bighorn will come down during the summer but generally stay in heavy wooded areas or areas offering quick safe haven. Not uncommon seeing sheep near the roadways in northern Idaho and Montana during summer months.

    Well I've never yet saw any of those. Not even while I was going 7mph up Teton pass and 3mph down it.
