Bike racks for big rigs

    when i was otr I saw a driver that had a motorcycle put where the tire rack was. he had a buddy build it with a pull out ramp and all. total added weight was only like a third of a ton.

    Hubby and I will be team driving soon and I had mentioned this to him but didn't know if there was a way. Wonder if there would be a problem if it was a company truck?

    I saw a guy pass me with a motorcycle behind the sleeper. I've been trying to figure out a loading system for that. He had a rail mounted across the frame that the tires sat in. That's easy enough, I just can't figure out how to get it on and off.
