blocking the tube from EGR to intake ........thoughts anyone ??????

heres what is gonna happen, you EGR cooler and delta p and venturi tube are all gonna be affected. volvo is very percise on how there engines are set, we had a guy in lastnight that plugged that crossover pipe and drilled a 1/4 inch hole in the center, we are now replacing the cooler and DP and venturi, cant really mess with the D13 much without having multiple issues.

 

Did you block just coolant pipes that go into intercoler or did u block those crossover pipes exhust i installed this no difference. Volvo D12 EGR Performance kit | EGR Delete Kit | OTR Performance I had code for egrs. Borere instaling this buddy of mine didnt had code he installed this truck pulls nd better fuel milagr by 30% mine no difference help if u can thanks
